Everything else

  • In Portugal, you can do something or nothing! Kick back and relax, or get out and about for some walks or a wild swim. Try to get more meditation in — even just for five minutes.

In Bali, it’s the humidity you’ve to prepare for. We’ll do a temple hike, but nothing too strenuous.

Peru is different. This is an active retreat (we’ll be 9,000 feet above sea level, hiking some of the lesser-known Inca Trails). We’ll also be working with psychedelic plant medicines, which ideally require a two-week diet (“dieta”). Follow this guide for an optimal plant medicine experience.

  • You’re flying to Faro Airport (FAO) for our Portugal retreat.

For Bali, Ngurah Rai (AKA Denpasar) International Airport (DPS).

For Peru, it’s Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) in the ancient city of Cusco.

Once you’ve booked your flights, you have options. You can, of course, stay in-country longer than required for our retreat. In fact, if time allows, we would absolutely recommend that you tack a few days on afterwards to further explore these stunning locations and further integrate with the nature.

As for getting to the retreat, airport transfers are not included but can certainly be arranged. Any excursions during the retreat will be included. Contact us after you’ve made your booking if you would like an airport transfer.

  • We have three retreats in three very different parts of the world!

Portugal in March is springtime, June in Bali is hot and humid, and November in the Peruvian Sacred Valley offers warm days, cold nights, and a little rain for good measure.

For all retreats, pack loose-fitting or active wear for daily yoga, comfy stuff for workshops and lounging, swimmers, hiking gear, and layers for evenings outside. Pack the rest, depending on the location.
